Vitamin b12 deficiency
Hello, I was having pain in hands and feet's while sleeping in the night pain score is 3/10. And stomach ache since 10 days. I have gone through regular blood tests with vitamin profile then I come to know my b12 is 110 pg/ml. Is it deficiency.? I have taken one injection day before yesterday my doctor suggested me to take 5 every alternate day. Do I need to take 5..? And stomach ache epigastric pain is symptom of vitamin b12 deficiency

Yes you have to take injections as per doctors advise. Epigastric pain can be because of gastritis. If you don't have allergy to pan tablet you can take . Tab Pan 40mg 1-0-0 (bf) for 3 days. Avoid spicy foods, oily foods and junk foods. For further details kindly consult.
