My brother gets recurrent fever with cough, so we got a few blood tests done and it shows high MPV of 13.7 and high PDW of 25.1, and platelet count is 223000. Is there anything to worry and should I take him for any further tests ? Should I consult any specialist?

I have a pilonidal cyst without any superficial symptoms, there is no lesion yet? only thing is the skin their hurts when i sit or if I palpate it. When I palpate I can feel a rubbery thing under moving, and feels fluidy as well. I have taken augmentin but it had not reduced the pain. I am managing with sitting on a coccyx cushion. Does this requires surgery? Or is there any other way to get rid of this? Please help. Thank you.

Dear doctor ,my child is having fever from last Thursday, friday night he had a fever 104 an saturday also 104, lot of cold an cough , fever goes when taking syrups but comes in the evening , no vomitinh no loose motion, doctor gave antibiotics , fever ,cold an cough syrup , is this normal child to have fever for a week ???? fever goes fully down with syrup an comes up after 6 hrs ya 7 hrs ..pls tell me , i'm not sending him to school from almost week now ,,

My kid age is 2 .5 years. She recently started school. Yesterday , suddenly started cough. She is not eating any solid food. She likes milk. Wanted to know can I give cow milk?or something  can add in milk? Usually she takes cow milk along with pediasure power. Had given ambroxyl medicine 1.5 ml . Morning & noon given . Dear Doctors At the time of bp measurement my first reading always 150/90 after that my BP readings are 120to140/80to90,is there any issue with first bp reading high and is there any problem. My all tests like ECG,2D ECHO and TMT all are normal.
