Hi i have noted your concern, Calcigard (NIFEDIPINE) tablet is an anti hypertensive drug which is used in treatment of hypertension (HIGH BP) and it is a drug belongs to group of calcium channel blockers. Shelcal contains calcium and vitamin d3 So it might interact with drug effectiveness and reduce the anti hypertension effect
