Hi. There is a very small immovable painless lump beside my left knee. When I bend or sit with my legs crossed it disappears but when I stand it appears. Is this something serious?

Severe chest pain, vomiting and choking of voice. It remains for 15-20 minutes and becomes normal after that. It occurs occasionally in almost every two months. Usually my heart rate is 70-90. Currently I'm recovering from diarrhea and abdominal pain. Now my heart rate is 60-68 for the entire day. Is this normal ? I have taken esomefol-dsr and cyclopam in the morning.
