Hello doctors, Just wanted to know to keep up with your physical health, 5000 steps a day are enough or do you actually need 10000 steps to be fit?

I am taking CIPLAR LA 20 for my migraine after having it my blood pressure is 100/70 should I continue it? 100/70 is normal?

Hi Doctor I have GERD but lately since few months I have this strange feeling of unsteady/dizzy feeling for 1 or 2 seconds and I feel like loud burps are coming and I  Constantly burp and the situation eases.. in this whole process I feel my upper front and back of body and my neck through the head there is a tight band and strong urge to burping/belching..it gets immediately eases by burping for sometime...what is causing this..I feel.disturbed constantly...some times burping is continous for hours...

Dear doctor , i'm getting sudden chest pain for a second an goes an from many days lot of burping , chest burning , throat burning , sour water coming from throat , but today i'm getting chest psin for second an goes ... i have done echo some 1 year ago which came out normal , an ecg also so many which comes normal , i'm also suffering from Health anxiety an over thinking about health, i'm not on any medication for anxiety as i don't want to take it , but is this chest pain is serious , i do have neck pain from many months left side ...Thank you
