I was diagnosed with mild gastritis, and i was taking medicine like volapride plus and nexito 5mg for the last 4 months, after having those medicine i felt very much improvments and my symptoms of heaviness in lower abdomen has also been disappeared. So i stopped the medicine 25 days ago.
