Nausea and severe upper back pain
I have upper back pain and nausea through out the day. There is stiffness in the neck and I feel head is shaking mildly but it's not visible to others. This doesn't allow me to sleep as well.

Please go to a nearby hospital to get urself examined . It could be an issue with the nerves in ur neck or could be a muscular spam but to find out u need to get it examined.
