I am a breastfeeding mother of a 10 months old baby.I am suffering from runny nose, sneezing and a little cough as well. Can I take cheston cold tablet ? Is it safe for baby as she is breastfed multiple times a day .

How often should one get the tetanus shots? Assuming 1. there was no vaccination done for them as a kid.. 2. They were given the vaccination for tetanus as a kid

I was prescribed Veloz D capsule and mucaine gel for GERD for 15 days. Coincidentally, day after this, I developed swollen, painful lymph nodes under my jaw. I was prescribed Almox 500 (amoxicillin) and Combiflam to treat the infection. I have started both courses of medication and so far no side effects except for dry mouth and slightly swollen tongue. I'm not able to get in touch with my doctors right now. So I would be very grateful if you could just confirm if it’s safe to take all these medicines together. I also have slightly insufficient vitamin D levels as per blood test (23.20 ng/ml)

If we take one dose of tetanus injection vaccine how long the vaccine provide antibody to the body..

I have started taking blood pressure medication essam2.5 in morning recently bp was 140/90,  by lunch time it makes me very sleepy for 2 hrs it's hard aftr that, the feeling goes off. what can be done for this. Any Dr can adivce on this please or refer a alternate BP tablet. Thank you.
