Metastatic breast cancer
Hi,
2 months back diagnosed with metstatic breast cancer and undergoing palliative chemotherapy planned and 3 chemo completed and could see the lumps are reduced well in both breast and armpit as its external lumps and even doctors are saying lumps reduced well. But still if we ask fr surgery they are not telling anything and not sure abt it. Is this situation is not a good response to treatment? Even if its reducing still is not a good sign for recovery?

Hi dear
Please follow what ur doctor is saying because only the size reducing is not the criteria to go ahead for surgery and sometimes when the size is reducing surgery might not be required as well.
So if u have any queries then talk to ur doctor directly as u have the right to know what is going on with ur body
