Hi, I've been gaining weight Rapidly for the last 2-3 months. I have gained 3kg of weight without any diet change. In the months of May I have been diagnosed with Thyroid which is 9.25 uIU/ml. Suggest me how I can reduce my thyroid level and how thyroid is related to weight gain. Also suggest food i should avoid.

I met with an accident and doc prescribed me antibiotic and enzoflam. But this morning I had a body pain so i took Combiflam in the morning around 10:30. Can take Enzoflam at 4:00pm. How much gap should be there?

There is dr with name drLiver on social media. According to him, every alternative medical field like homeopathy,  ayurveda are waste and create more diease than cure it. According to him, taking vitamin tablet in allopathy increase chance of cancer... He claimed that turmeric does not make any difference in body.. He also says that yoga is as waste as zero return investment plan He himself is registered dr and specialist in liver disease.. He post different research libk while making these claim... I asked one day that i am agree that ayurveda and homeopathy do not cure all but does allopathy cure cancer... collites... alzymer and many more... he did not amswer that... May i know what is your view on his claim??
