How to check and what is correct method to check BP With Home BP omron Machin. I always when sitting possition taking BP is 122/85 and In Sleeping Possition When I take BP With home monitor BP machine it will be 110/74 And when I am taking at seating possition and keep hand on  table at heart possition range it will be 115/75( like doctor are taking ) Please advice me what is correct possition to BP check so I will be very helpful I am not confuse Home monitor BP MACHINE is accurate always OR  show 5mg upper Thanks

Hello doctor.. I was feeling week from 1 month and some abdominal pain so i took full bofy checkup as my physician suggested.. And then i got to know that i have severe vitamin d deficiency which is 10 only and b12 205.. And my uric acid was 10.. So my physician gave me meficine for uric acid.. And for b12 deficincy amd weekly capsule of vitamin d i am taking it from last 12 days.. But from 2 weeks in my left leg limb and behind the knee area i feel my vein blood moving.. I dont have any pain but i feel that leg a different from before... There is no swelling either... And mostly it disturbs me when i am lying down... I dont have problem walking climbing infact it becomes normal when i stand or climb... And i am very worried is this because of deficiency or what... Please guide me.. 🥺

I have sensitive belly and ibsD. So I follow strict diet and life style. From last 3days I have been suffering from fever, throat pain, ear pain. Visited doctor. Doc gave me paracetamol 650 and azithral 250 twice a day for 3days. I took azithral 250 twice a day for one day and my stool formation got destroyed. IbsD symptoms come back. semi solid  potty with huge mucus and brownish color. So I become worried and I stop azithral 250 rest 2days dose. My question 1. will it make any difficulty that I stop dose of  antibiotics before it completion? 2. How can I improve my stool condition? Can I take probiotic ? How long ?

Sir, while I was walking near my house an unknown lady was walking infornt of me and she had striked her face with a branch of a tree which was inclined towards the road. Just after it the same thing happened with me also. I feared if that lady had HIV and her eyes or mouth or inner nose or any other area of the face having HIV contacted the tree branch and then that same branch got contacted to my eyes or mouth or inner nose or any other sensible part on my face then can I get HIV in this way ?
