Hlo,sir or mam. im on a diet I do running 2 times in a day 1 morning 30 min   1 evening. 30 min Do zyming 1 hour total 2 hours I do . Zyming and running. Sometime in a weak 3 times,  I take beetroot carrot mix juice for maintaining healthy blood pressure.. And mostly, bf I take half bowl mix fruit. including beetroot and carrot .and litle oats with toned milk and honey Then I take green tea 1 cup . Then lunch I take only green spinach .cabbage. and red spinach.with red sea salt litle sprinkle, I only take bowl vegetables with 3 chapati and salad In the evening, after zyming, I take lilte avacado fruits .. And then, after some time, I take Chinnamon stick tea with adding honey and night.  I mostly take 3 chapati with boil vegetables and salad and little brown rice and 1 boil egg only white parts  and every day, completing 14000 steps is my diet Can we eat green spinach every day or not And Can we drink 2 cups tea like greentea 1 time and Chinnamon stick  tea with adding honey

After having dengue, when can we plan to conceive.Is there any threshold period.also my usual platelet count is low 1.22 lac, what can be done for that.

Hello sir age 26 Last ten days ago for 2 days fever came and left and since than feeling weakness now don't have fever but since 3 days giddiness and lot of body pains severe  joint pains , thigh pains , kindly advice blood tests planning to do what blood tests. Present body condition feeling as hands getting tightness nerve also feels hard arms also getting hard tighten feeling on body kindly advice . No abdomen pain No fever Thanks

I have suddenly started working and have to sit for 9 hrs. The new area is humid and hot. My feet have swelled since I came to thid place.

A dog bite me 20 yrs ago in mt childhood but I have not take any anti rabies injection. The bite was half, probably 2 teeth marks on skin. Should I take anti rabies now, just a concern?

I had got scratch by my vaccinated pet dog and it was a small cut with a little bleeding. My physician gave me just one rabies vaccination and as i already had TT 2 months back so it wasn't given. My concern is , is one rabies vaccination enough as I read it is usually some more shots full course. Please advise

Stray puppy tore through my shirt but no visible scratch on my arm. Do I need a vaccine? I was wearing a full sleeve shirt and the puppy tore my shirt, I was checking for scratches around that area on my arm but can't find anything. Should I wait until morning to see if redness appears and then take vaccine? I have washed it with soap and water but no scratch visible.
