Sudden pain in my right side forehead pain is coming just for one minute and pain is so sharp and my vein is swell on this particular area is this normal.

I got dengue ( though report were negative) but all the symptoms were dengue like. Now I am already recovering, have wbc , platelets within range but the SGPT shows 125 ( where ideally it needs to be within 35 ) . Is this normal in dengue ? And how to get Sgpt normal ?

I am 27 year old male.I am suffering from very annoying health situation that noone can diagnose it from 6 years.This started with dizziness and spinning feeling ,with pain in neck region.From then it never stops.Now I am feeling pain in ribs ,neck pain ,vertigo like feeling, tingling in leg , excessive sweating,mental confusion (Things which are easily recalled by me takes much efforts to recall it),Pain in body after vigorous activity, Dizziness (feeling sleepy after eating lunch ), Increased Fatigue after running or lifting light weight.At night feels somewhat good.But this situation left me in maze.Where I find my self in trap no way out.I have shown many doctors around 10 docs and bunch of reports showing All Normal.I also visited Psychiatrist for mental illness.He said that I may have Anxiety Disorder.But what about physical symptoms that are disturbing my daily life in large extent.Please Suggest me anyone who can relate with situation.(Sorry for long question)

I don't speak clearly and sleak too fast and people don't understand what I say even when i am speaking to my family or friends. That makes me feel ashamed. It worsens when i get anxious. I am 23 year old male. Is there any possibility to get it corrected? I have to make myself prepare in my mind while speaking to someone. What should i do?

She has had a fever for the last 2 days. Initially she had a Paracetamol but no changes. Then we consulted with a doctor and he prescribed medicine. Prescription attached. Till today she is having weakness but no fever. Today we have done a blood test too. Now in the report it is showing platelet count less.
