I'm suffering sudden pain in right side forehead perticuler one vein in just for 3 to 4 second and pain is so much sharp sometime the vein is swell is this normal

I have been working hard for 4 years now but it is very hard for me to gain muscles. I don't want to take any shortcuts to build muscles. Is there any blood test that i can get to know whether i have any deficiency? People see me and suggest that i should workout but i am already working out for 4 years. Please guide me. Any required test?

Helo doctors At morning I ate Poppins and by mistake swallowed it. I don't feel shortness of breath and cough . But I feel like it stuck at the end of the neck . Please tell me what can I do to avoid it

I am student and studying for a professional exam which is difficult to clear, as a result I am often stressed, depressed and jittery. I've had breathing problems from march this yr and the bp recorded then was 120/80, in april approx 15 days before my exams it was 152/85, in late june it was 130/80 and in july it was 136/85. Now I've had some breathing issues again so I checked the bp in 11th oct and it came to 140/90, as a result tab amlo in morning was prescribed and I had it near regularly(missed some dosages for 3 days). Yesterday I checked it and it was 155/85, I am only 2 weeks away from my CA final exams. Why is the sharp rise in bp and will it damage my organs as I've had it high from april?

Please tell me what type of problem it is I'm confused she is suffering from continuous Fever.I am attaching the report please suggest me something if possible.

I am on T. Vertin-8mg and cofovit since 18th. As I am out of station I am unable to consult with the same doc. Earlier doc advised not to stop vertin suddenly and advised to change its dose from 3 times to 2 times a day after five days. Now it's above 10 days. How should I proceed further. Also, my symptoms have improved so much n I m not feeling dizzy.Please advise
