I have observed many times that when i continue  to speak for 1 hr, i start getting running noses and coughs, which get corrected after resting for a while, please let me know what is the issue?

I am suffering from tonsil from two days due to which i have taken medicine but now i am having cold and fever continue

Sir my hb is 16.5 and haematocrit  is 51.3 and rbc is 5.40 and white blood cell is 11.06. Sir is this is case of polycythemia vera? Sir please guide me

My body temperature is flactuating from 98.6 to 99.2 but not feeling feverish .in morning it's 98.4 and then gradually increasing Max 99.2 and decreasing without any medicine

I have constant headaches since a long time but since a week it's paining more. I sometimes feel light headed for a short duration. I also feel slight fever which raises and lowers frequently. I am going to school regularly. I also feel like vomitting but I don't vomit, and this happens everytime after taking a meal (Not an allergy). please If someone can help. I have taken more than 8 saridon tablets this week and paracetamol too.

Not eaten from 30th Oct  afternoon meal . Only on fruits and little liquid. Vomited yesterday 3 times . Today had ondem before little fruits intake .feeling uneasy and cannot eat at all .

My friend fell from 1st floor (10ft from surface) and got brain injury, I've attached mri brain.after approximately one month hospitalisation,he has been died . doctor said death due to fall from roof.he also got severe spine injury 3 years back.
