Hi I did a complete health check up and want to know the result of this hepatitis report kindly help me with that

My child 2.6 yrs could not stand up this morning after waking up. He cries whenever he tries to stand. He does not seem to have any pain when sitting idle. We pressed his legs everywhere and he did not react and no pain shown up. Could it be a muscle strain? Is there any cream or spray that can help?

I got injured 10 days back, i had swelling and a bruise on my upper abdomen, but 3 days back i noticed 3 lumps that are little painful when touched, so i went to a general physician in my area, he gave me medicines, and told me to go for whole abdomen ultrasound, ultrasound came totally fine, but i'm little worried about this, as i'm an bodybuilding athlete, and its affecting me alot, physically and mentally, i'm attaching ultrasound report.

Please suggest medicine for my daughter 10 year having mumps.food suggestion also please.staying in rural area.

On Tuesday went to cubbon park , after coming back I was doing yoga and notice two little wound spot on my left lower calf. Attaching the pics. When I squeezed the area then a tiny little blood came out . I went to Apollo clinic for doubt if snake bite, but doctor rejected it and told me to take TT shot. I know a dog didnt bite me but can there be chance of rabies due to insects? I'm also not sure if that happened due to my cycle paddle which can be a possibility. Today it's Friday, there is no pain on that area since that day and no swelling.
