My wife just detected thyroid TSH levels T3 - 98.30 T4 - 5.12 TSH level - 10.24 Can she come back to normal, cure this problem Or any other options like operation... I am so worried can we cure this

Hello doctors. Yesterday after a IM injection I have accidentally prick in thump finger. Little blood come out. I don't know the patient history and don't have their numbers.. patient is diabetic and a stroke patient.  I have taken hepatitis injection 6 month ago .. but for precaution I today done a hepatitis B antibody test which report is yet to come.. I am little worried . Am I need to do anything else..

Hello! Nowadays I'm getting bad dreams in sleep like my frnds are dying and at night time I'm crying imagining that situation. I'm really very sad and I don't know what's wrong with me! Please can anyone help me to get out of this! Because of these things I cannot focus on my studies and I've recently got diagnosed with panic disorder and I've experienced  panic attacks! From last 2 days, I'm suffering from fever only at Evening time. On evening feeling body pain and after then fever of around 99. It stays till I take paracetamol. Fever sometimes comes in morning also..

I have been facing this problem since last2/3 momths on and off , early morning my urine is excessively dark yellow to the extent of even orange , although color lighten after the early morning urine but still it remain dark tellow to moderate yellow sometimes it return to pale straw color but it is on and off since last 2/3 months sometimes i even get transparent too , i drink more than enough water(3/4 litre) everyday but i have 27 bmi and very unhealthy diet again since last 2/3 months with indigestion please help

Hello doc, I have generalised body and muscle pain since 6 7 months. I am physically quite active and normally built. The pain starts right from the morning due to which i feel lack of energy to do basic chores too. And sometimes the joints of fingers and toes also pain a lot. The pain increases when i am in resting position. My blood tests are normal, only vit d was little low for which i am taking supplements too. Kindly suggest the treatment for the same.

What does temperature 99.1 F mean? I do not have a fever, but I am feeling very hot. It is the same temperature throughout the day. Is this normal?  What's the reason for this temperature?

From previous two days i have constipation problem and due to this my anus part becomes swollen and painful. Please suggest some cream for anus area. And also for this constipation
