Flu

Greetings doctor . Right now I am in Thailand island kosamui  where I was sleeping and I suddenly noticed this injury / wound on my finger( photo attached) .8 hours before that I participated in activity where you have to feed watermelon to elephant I also fed elephant with watermelon .so can it be that during that somehow elephant injured me with their trunk and if so since I am not in the country should I get rabies shot there only  or I get rabies shot once I arrive back that  is on Sunday night ?

For past 2 years weekly once I am facing this, I don't know whats the reason, everytime I have head bath, even when I drink cold juices, I face right side headache and right eye pain from back of eyeball poking sensation. Kindly give advice and also which specialist I need to consult.?

I am facing nausea feeling since morning along with blurred vision and mild hearing loss. Additionally, fatigue in legs and slurry speech. I am getting really worried. Can someone please suggest. I took one ondem 4 tablet in the noon today for nausea.

Hello doctor last 7 days, I feel left side under rib heaviness and heaviness feeling when raise hand and hand movement. Only feel someting inside and strange sensation sometimes under rib near heart aur sometimes side of ribs. No pain aur anything else. I mentioned one more thing, I am a patient of anxiety somatic disorder and last 7 days I feel panic attack. My bp in anxiety attack is 136/91 and all time bp is about 116/75 and heart rate approx 85. But this chest heaviness makes me anxious and dizzy all time. Please help me and give me best suggestion. Please help
