I have a thyriod problem from a long time sue to that i have goytre in neck and now i have take a lipid profile test . Continues pain and headace in body. Pls check this and advise.

You have attached the report that shows CBC and ESR. CBC shows normal hemoglobin and a rise in WBC count indicating some sort of infection . ESR is raised minimally and it's ok
There's no lipid profile report or thyroid profile tests report ,to comment.

If u r already on treatment for hypothyroidism and its on control range don't worry.
For thyroid swelling kindly do FNAC of lesion.
For headache and body pain take symptomatic treatment.
