I had 5 injections shots in my hip muscle.But after 7 days of stopping injection i had a hard painful lump beneath my skin where injection shots had been given.Please help.

I m suffering from low grade fever around 99 rarely more than thisfrom 6 month. I m attaching my CBC and peripheral smear report. Fertin level was 8.9.
