We did a test on March 2023 . It's a normal health checkup. He is a diabetic patient. He is taking medicine for that . We checked with doctor and he told there is only problem with sodium and he provided sodium tablets. Is there I need to concern about ? Shall I take a second opinion?

Hi dear
This i am year old test so it does not make sense to evaluate now.
He had low sodium and vitamin d
So u need to check that again as to why it happened also he is 60 yrs old so it's better to do a routine complete health chk

These tests are an year old , shows vitamin d and b12 deficiencies ,low calcium and sodium.It is necessary to repeat the tests including thyroid profile tests , lipid profile,renal function tests ,, fasting glucose , hba1c , vitamin d and b12 levels.
