Till winter started m noticing somehow my chest is feeling bit heavier and headache mostly in evening..what could be the possible reason

I had miscarriage in March.. That time my bp goes high.. Then recently my bp is 160/100..doctor give me flupentixol and melitracen tablets. cilnidipine 10 mg tablets.. Last 4 days I used that tablets.. Now my bp 155/100 in digital mission.. Is it reduce.. How much take time to normal my bp..

From four months my esr is constantly increasing rft thyroid profile lft cbc ra factor Ana profile and even anti ccp was done but all are negative....today did it again and it's 50 and no specific symptoms only rft shows chloride as 103.3 rest all normal...what more tests can I get to figure out what is happening ..also I have had rapid weight gain of 9 kg in 2 months...never happened with me before

Cheek muscles pain when I laugh but not experiencing pain when touching or opening mouth. Rarely lower jaw muscles also pains. It is paining for 5 months but the intensity and frequency of occurrence is low nowadays but I don't know why. All blood reports and Vitamin B6, B12 and calcium levels are normal. If I laughed too much then exactly the muscles above my cheek bone has pulling like sensation but not actually pulling. I can also experience pain in that area when rotating my tongue inside my mouth. The thing is pain is same on both side of cheeks and occur at same time. But no pain on touch.

Hi doctors, am getting gastric pain at some times, am using esmoprazole in the morning. doctor told to continue esmoprazole for 1 month. it is not reducing . suddenly am getting. can i take rabeprazole in the evening time. while taking am getting relief . pls suggest me. pls suggest diet . veg, non veg can i take. am getting fear while taking food . where it will come and make me discomfort .

I am suffering from fever and high temperature 100.2 degree farenheit.I have fever and chills. Sometimes cough and body pain .Please suggest medicine.

Since last 2days i am observing few 15-20 drops of bright red blood while passing stool. Currently i am in Q4lic and Dreamasure F tab as trying to conceive since 10months. My last lmp was 2nd oct 2023. Its painless but i am worried what should i do. Should i wait for a week to start medication. This is my 1st experience. I was having hard stool but not sure if fissure can cause 15drops of blood.
