Insomnia not getting sleep
Hi I am not having much stress other than that I am not getting sleep..I am getting sleep while traveling in train ,bus and car but I am not getting sleep at night in my home..please advise what's the root cause

U need sleep routines.. good physical activity and timed food intake... Consult on line with me for more details.. if nothing works we can use mild medicines to stabilise sleep and than stop the medicines in a month or so

This is because u may be sleeping in closed atmosphere Try to sleep with windows on and moving fan and light is on in one part
