I had low vitamin d b12 last 8 months.. symptoms neck pain , fatiguetaking vitamin d and b12 injection .. now b12 is 450 , d3 48.. cbc- hem0 14, rdw -11.4 , other cbc parameters normal ..my concern is iron levels are normal but ferritin is 13.. should I take supplements.. previously ferritin was 24.. now no fatigue, neck pain some times, gi issues before periods.. should I take ferritin supplements pls suggest

Hi Doctors, My mother suffering from IBS from last 2 years, Mostly she have Constipation, but week ago she had stomach pain and cramp, vomit and watery stool, Dr gave her antibiotics treatment, these symptoms are gone now. But her stomach make gargling sound, in morning normal stool, in evening loose stool with lots of fart. No other symptoms. Which probiotic or antacid  good for her? Or she need antibiotic treatment again?

I am 32 year old lactating mother. I had throat infection with mild fever and body pain. I had gone to nearest hospital and they gave paracetamol infusion to me (around 9pm) and prescribed maliden 600 and cefixime 200 with pan 40 tablets for 3 days. As soon as I got home I had milk and took the tablets.. Will it cause any paracetamol overdose ? I felt very cold and body pain throughout the night, mild nausea. But from morning I feel okay and keeps taking medicine. Can I take maliden 600 after paracetamol infusion ?

I took 2 doses of ID injection and mistakenly rest 2 doses I took for IM injection. So I supposed to take 4 doses of ID injection. So I took 2 doses of ID and 2 doses of IM. What should I do now? Here is past date of injections- 24 September (ID), 28september(ID), 5 October (IM), 28 October (IM)
