My father has numbness in legs for one weeks .he has clotting history and now two weeks before paralysis attack on tough.he is type 2 diabetes and high blood pressure.
Now there are heaviness and numbness in legs

From the information, it seems the Diabetes and High blood pressure were not under control, and have heavily progressed .
Was he taking medications for diabetes and high BP regularly?
His diabetes and hypertension have progressed. He has diabetic changes in eyes and kidney. Diabetes can damage nerves in the feet leading to numbness .Uncontrolled hypertension can cause stroke - due to clotting , which can lead to paralytic attack.
Please go for neurology consultation. Follow as adviced by your doctors.
Make sure medication, life style modifications and other dietary advices are strictly followed.
Strict care is required.
