First thing to identify here is as to WHY you feel the need to take Azithromycin every 3 days. Sounds like an addiction to drug which with a drug like Azithromycin is quite rare. Please connect for further history and detailed evaluation

So it's difficult to pinpoint that in ur case it's due to what . Having said that it's better to always consult a doctor before taking any medicine even though I know u can easily get Azithromycin over the counter from pharmacy. Kindly consult for further queries Take care

It's crucial to take antibiotics only as prescribed by a doctor. If you are on long-term azithromycin or have concerns about its side effects, discuss them with doctor, who can assess the risks and benefits based on your specific situation.
