My mother tsh level is 0.020 today doctor said there is some urine infection also and hemoglobin is 10.iam so worried about that please guide me is it serious is it life threating?

Hi 32M having hypothyroidism recently i have got my blood tested and got elevated pdw mpv with giant platlets seen . Also my liver enzymes are sgot and sgpt are raised . My heart rate races mostly is there anyone who can explain me what exactly is wrong with my body right now what is causing these giants platlets and raised levels

Iron profile - iron 90, saturation -27, tibc-346 Hb 14 other cbc parameters are in normal range.. Vit d-46 b12-450 Previous 6 month Symptoms- fatigue, shoulder pain deficiency in d and b12.. from 6 months taking b12 and d supplements.. Present symptoms- no fatigue, shoulder pain comes and goes, stress, some times sleep issues. From 6 months my hemoglobin is 14 . Rbc width is 11 to normal Range only Pls suggest if I need ferritin supplements

Hi, Undergoing chemotherapy for breast cancer stage 4, 2 cycle completed. Also having more vegetables and fruits in a daily basis including spinach alternate days or 3 days once. And fruits like avacado, berries and all. But last few days motion is going twice a day and green in color but not diarrhoea, is this normal or anything to be checked? No other symptoms as well
