From the last 4-5 years, I was living a sedentary lifestyle, except climbing stairs of my office building daily. My belly fat has been increased and now i want to have a healthy lifestyle. So i have decided to join a fitness club. Should i have to do any blood test or general health checkup before joining the gym. My height is 5ft 5 inches, body weight is 62KG, Every month i visit hospital for regular follow up of my gastritis problem, and every time bp and heart rate are being measured. It was within 140/80 range and heart rate were between 80-95 bpm.

Is there any medicine or syrup using which a person can increase oxygen saturation in blood. Oxygen cylinder cannot be carried all the time, so is there any medicine to increase blood oxygen level when needed.

I am about to travel to a very high altitude for vacation during winters. Is there any precautions medicine that I should keep which can heat my body when the temperature is below freezing outside?

White cells 11100 (lymphocytes4451) B12 Serum high 1500 HB 11.9 Bilirubin 1.9 Please advise if above B12 and other elevated counts has anything significant. Should I consult heamotologist?
