My trained at the gym has suggested me to take these supplements , it's been about 1 year since I have joined, he is now suggesting me to start these supplements, are they safe ? Cretaine Glutamine Ashwgandha Gosukra Liv 52 ds Fish oil Multivamin

I am 44 year diabetic on insulin. Since one month I have severe fatigue, chills without fever, muscle pain, chest congestion, recurrent runny nose, nausea and abdominal discomfort. In my blood test there is no significant findings. Thyroid test also normal. My lab reports are as under cbc- wbc 10.5, platelets-1. 23, hb% 11.9. Rft- creat- 1.1, urea-25, Electrolytes- sodium-136, potassium-4. 4, crp  6.1mg/l, esr- 25,cpk- 112, I am taking medicine properly but  all my symptoms are worsening day by day. Sir/Madam A dog kept her legs on my legs over my pant and thermal wear. There was no scratch that I remember of. Hello I am having heart attack fear many times I got panic attacks also , my age is 26 years and I went to cardiologist he has done ecg echo tmt and 3d vasculography, hbaic, blood pressure and lipid profile and everything came normal now they are saying to get CT coronary angiography but I am afraid of radiation, Is CT angiography safe

My daughter is having pain in left jaw while opening and chewing. Ultrasound shows some swollen lymph nodes.the blood test results shows iron-41.40, TIBC-432.20, and transferrin saturation-9.57. All other test results are normal. The ultrasound also showed some small cysts in thyroid ( both sides) and the TSH result is negative. Please suggest further investigation to be done.
