I have Aso titre High my Aso level is 364 My doctor prescribed Pendits 800 tablet daily 1 time for 1 month but my doctor not suggest Echo cardiogram Should I definitely get an echocardiogram? Or not compulsory please tell me doctors I have lot of fear about this I didn't sleep well all time I thinking about Echo cardiogram compulsory or not?

I am a girl of 19 having marfan syndrome. I took ecg at the age of 10 and 14..the report was normal and dr said no treatment needed for my condition and do all regular activity as per my aorta and heart valves are not affected.. Mine is a mild case and only health issue im facing is low bp and high myopia. As my aorta and heart valves are not effected is there anything to worry about this syndrome can it get worse by age???
