My mother has been taking Vitamin B12 injections every day for one week daily and now once every week.
She is experiencing severe muscle cramps and heart pain..
How to reverse the side effects of Vitamin B12 injections.. ?
She is not diabetic nor has cholesterol..
She is not allergic to any medication.
Her hemoglobin level is 12.

Whenever you take vitamin B12 injections for low Hemoglobin, your body will respond by producing more blood in the Bone Marrow. So after the injections , due to increased activity in the Bone Marrow, there is decrease in potassium. So low potassium might be the reason for muscle cramps. It’sa very common thing. What you can do is take coconut water one to 2 times a day. Or electral water. This should help you. If not better then can show to nearby doctor. and get evaluated.
