Sometimes jerks while sleep
I sometimes experience sudden jerks in my chest area only when going from wakefulness to sleeping stage not otherwise. Why is it so ? Is it normal ? I take half cup tea before bed . How to get a better sleep without jerks ... I suddenly lose my sleep after it . And happens for seconds.. then again i sleep then it reoccurs. What to do

Don't worry Probably you are having benign myoclonic Jerks which occur during falling asleep and can be induced by caffeine intake ,emotional stress etc.
