Kindly help me in inferring the attached report of Cholesterol and Iron. Is this something to worry about?

Today's BP I have measured by Digital machine ..it shows 144/90 first reading few minutes later it shows 134/ 88.. am so anxious about my health ..as am active on cricket field n doing cycling on weekends only ...I am vegetarian since August ... Weight 74 and Height 5.8 ft

Hi doctors, last 2 months i have used esogress d for duodenal uclers and gastritis. i have used 14 days triple therapy kit. i have stopped the medication for last week. today am getting chest pain and left hand pain. am feeding mother .baby is 11 months old. am getting anxiety and too stress full. and getting headache suddenly and goings.it will be few mints. am getting worried about this. pls give any clarification about this.
