1:- During scabies treatment So how many hours later a person need to get a shower or bath after applying permethrin lotion ? And this shower or bath can be done only with water ? Or a long with soap or shampoo ?

Morning after wake up I felt like vomit I tried Vomiting but nothing came out but suddenly I tried vomit with pressure some Yellow mucus Like yellow acid with some blood has come out but I didn't vomit any food I tried to vomit forcefully will it come blood with forcefully? Don't have stomach pain but acidity is it anything serious is blood witb yellow acid from vomit when I tried forcefully it pains stomach I stop vomiting from there

My esr value is 59mm and the blood was taken on 5th day of my period. My CRP value is normal. Do i need to take any other tests to rule out what is the problem?

Dear Doctors, For 2-3 months I have been experiencing a weird pain on the left side of my head after a sudden sneeze or cough and it does not happen every time but many times and feels like one never got compressed or swelled that give a pain like ache or heaviness pain that make me hard to control to sit or stand straight. This pain occur just in one side only and particular to that area only but it doesn't last for long it goes in 5-10 mins or sometimes 20/30 mins. The problem is I have some elergy to smells so I keep coughing and sneezing and it's so frequently and during these episodes it hit me arround 2-3 times a day and I am helpless those minutes to bear the pain. It must be something not to worried but just wanted to know what could be the reason.

Doctor i sleep everyday around 7 to 8 hours but after that when I woke up I feel so sleepy and tired by the sleep and when I woke up my says like that the sleep is not completed and all the day it's happening and that's why iam not able to do my daily task or study and i thought it's a medical issue so how i can tackle with that

So i went out and ate puff and packet Local coconut juice. From that night immediately i have runny nose. Next morning i have sore throat, weakness, chest mucus But no fever. Again next day i still have thick mucus from nose and throat. Sometimes i get thick clear jelly with little strains of blood. Now throat mucus is greenish. This is third day. No much weakness. But have little sore throat. My maid had cough and cold few days back. Im not sure if it spread. Or its something with food. For now my family dint get anything from me. I have history where if i get viral. My mucus develp so fast i get pneumonia. So im giving such a long explanation. Age 32 female.
