I have a little itching and minor hairfall too Please tell me whether it is flakes or dandruff Hairfall consists of white bulb and without white bulb

My father has some mild breathing trouble while walking on slope and no other symptoms apart from that. He had mild attack in 1998 and since then he has healthy food habits and walking. Fyi he is also diabetic. Attached the echo and please let me know if he needs angiogram.

It has been 7 straight  days and I wasn't able to fall asleep so it's affecting my daily work routine,I can't do my workout with the same intensity that I used to and it's affecting my skin and everything. I had not faced this problem till now. Requesting assisting from doctors.

Have had a phobia regarding N Fowleri infection ever since came to know about it on Google. Now I know it's very rare. But each time a little water enters the nose, I took Azithromycin since I read it was used in treatment and ended up going to hospital with Tachycardia and AFib. But now I understand that Azithromycin cannot be used for prevention as if would be so easy to prevent, so many combinations of medicines would not be used and each time anyone suspects he has a risk, he can just take 3 days or 5 days Azithromycin and ward off infection. Please just confirm this that if anyone does have a risk, taking Azithromycin for prevention or treatment alone won't help and one would only have to wait and watch for symptoms and rush to nearest hospital to have a chance as it's mostly fatal. I read that it was present in groundwater in India and since we use jet pump water, I get concerned. But I will overcome this fear go now. Thanks.

Can i take levocetrizine as a precaution in advance? Throat irritation and slight nose blockage is there ..mmm i having extremely important Exam in 3 days and I can't afford to fall sick. It's quite cold here in Lucknow

From 30 dec to 1 dec I have eaten fast food and after that from 1 dec till now I have been suffering from vomiting, nausea, acidity , constipation and loose stool. I have taken treatment from 3-4 dr but my symptoms persist my nausea is bothering me a lot from which I am not able to eat anything I am taking metrogyl, pulmocef, ondem and mom plus syrup please guide i am fed up with the situation

Namaastey Doctor, From the last 2 days, i was having some discomfortness in throat which now turned into itching of throat and it is leading to occasional coughing, with fever, body ache and headache. Fever started from yesterday night. Took Calpol 500 mg, got some releif and then again fever and body ache came on 11.00 noon at today, took calpol 500. Now i am feeling better but having headache and feeling hot sensation over hands and face.

My head collided with a glass door.so my head swollen on above right eye.I kept ice two times.generaly I have no problem,but whenever I touch my hand on minor swollen head ,I feel light pain.so, please advice remedies.
