Hi dr, My wife, age 33, felt two small swelling on her foot near finger. She notice this all of sudden 2 days back When i touched this swell, it felt like inside and she felt mild pain. She has long term dry cough since 4 week and taking syrup for that. She is overweight with weight 112kg. We are worried about this sweel Attaching picture. Is this lymph node swell or does this area has lymph node??? She has whole body itching issue last night but she has this issue since childhood. Please review oicture and suggest once.. May i know what is this actually?? It is not increasing but seems same since 2 days.

Last year during blood test my creatinine level was 0.6. From yesterday I am having pain in my flank(back pain). Is that related to kidney. Also I am having 5mm liver polyp. So is this related to kidney pain. Please explain.

I could feel some swelling, though not visible through naked eyes, nor any pain I just feel something is swollen when touched I feel tender.

Bp 140/80. I'm feeling chest pressure cum pain in middle chest area with, throbbing head pain, dizziness, nausea. Also, left feet and hand tingling. Veins in the left leg swelling and paining. Today I'm facing these symptoms the entire day. Got my ECG done today and report is attached. Lipid profile test was done a month ago and it was normal. What is happening and possible treatment?
