Please suggest me what to do. I have no lung problem. My spirometry done sometime back was normal. I have enlarged turbinates in my nose. Could it be that the pollution levels caused some swelling in the nose since my city does not have that much pollution

Hi. I am a 30 year old female. Recently did a full body checkup including blood test. My T3 and T4 levels came within range but TSH level came as 4.77. I want to know is 4.77 TSH level okay for 30 year old female? If not, then how to reduce it? Kindly help.
