My wife has had a stomach ache and fever for the last 8 days. We took the proper course of medicines for 3 days which includes metronidazole 400, dicyclomine 20 mg and PCM 500mg. She started feeling good on the 5th day. But since the last 3 days, she has been suffering from fever, surprisingly in the evening only. Fever comes down with PCM but if PCM is not taken, it went long for the next morning and she felt relaxed during the day. She also has bitter filling in mouth. Is it the symptoms of typhoid. ?
