I m feeling very tired early in the morning my ears feeling some sound and body feel very uncomfortable I can't stand my condition like fainting When I m taking little bit stress my mind feel like that I cried out I don't know what's going on

She was suffering from cold and throat pain for the past two days. And yesterday she had vomited after taking a tablet. Ever since, there are small red spots around the eyes. I have attached pictures for reference. What are those red spots? Are they something to be worried about? Should we consult a doctor or would those spots go away on its own? Thanks :)

Hi, I had a fever on 17th and after that I took paracetamol. But the fever continues to stay. And after some days I had sore throat, and I visited a doctor. The doctor mentioned some medications like Gudcef Cv, Lupiloz and Paracetamol and recommend some tests. After taking the medicines my sore throat has been subsided but I am having joint pain. So I did the test. There was indication of high ESR. I have attached all the test reports above. Can someone suggest what should I take and which doctor should I visit (department).
