Hi, my father was having around 102 degree fever since 2 days which went down after paracetamol but again came back. So doctor told to take amoxicilin. After taking amoxicilin for 3 day still there is fever around 99 or 100. There was no blood test but physical checkup done. He is also having bit of dry cough with yellow phlegm few times. Age is 73. Please suggest.

I have extreme pain in my upper back and I'm guessing it is due to gas, so I can I cure that? If it is due to any other reason, please look into that as well. I'm not able to move, sit or even sleep. Im having trouble in talking, sneezing or even breathing because of this upper back pain.

Can I take both injections at same time within few mins ? The date is 1st Feb for Mabura and 2nd Feb for methylcobalamin . One is once in two weeks and one is now on monthly once. If can be taken on same day then will not need to visit to a nurse twice. Though Mabura can be self administrative but I am thinking to take it by a nurse will be better.

My BP is always low, therefore I started eating salts and papad and sauces with higher sodium content. But the moment I eat sodium 15 mins later I feel palpitations heart area pain both front and back if i exert normal physical work like walking.(I did my echo ECG tmt all fine). Also feel lightheadedness and then when  I check my BP it's again low. M confused plz guide me. Thank u
