Twitching in thighs
Since yesterday i am continously having muscle twitching in right thighs. I comes and goes. I am stay hydrated too. What can be the cause. Sometimes twitching happens in left arm too.

You can be deficient in Vitamin ,calcium or iron Please take supplements from nearby pharmacy for 15 days If no improvement consult will suggest blood test and further treatment.

If you have made your thigh muscles worked for a long period, such as at gym, or prolonged walking, standing cycling etc. then it will go away, take electrolytes, apply warm water bag, and more importantly, take rest. Otherwise, consult your nearest physician and should go for blood calcium levels.
