From 1year I had yawning so many times only after 2hours of eating I yawning 5-10 min I feel sleepy I can't cantrolled .I hav hypothyroidism tsh is normal. From 6 months Hba1c is 5.8 I can't reverse it.but it is hba1c 5.8 is there it is not changed..I take breakfast 9am I feel yawning between 11:30 -12:00. I had lunch 1:00 pm I had yawning so many times in between 2:30-3:30pm I can't control it I feel sleepy.i hav 1 st grade fatty liver is there. And Irritable Bowel Syndrome also there I hav stomach infection every once in a month loose stool with mucus..please suggest which doctor I consult.
