I'm feeling like continuously yawning even after had enough sleep, am afraid if this is because of some other problem.

I can understand your concern.
Get proper sleep.
There is no medicines for this.
And also, homeopathy is just a scam. Stay away as much as possible.
Consult a MD consultant physician in person for further evaluation and management.
