Low concentration with memory issue,Digestive sound from throat and high cough in throat always and stomach get pain and tight after eating and get constipated issue i used laxatives but when i used i get loose motion frequenlty  used pantop dsr but does not plz help

Hi last Wednesday I had an accidental monkey scratch on my left shoulder went to doctor the same evening doctor saw the scratch guess there was no blood coming out just a minor scratch doctor said nothing to worry and prescribed to go ahead with a new three dose Thrabis intramuscular rabies vaccine and gave a TT inejction same day and I've taken two doses for day 0 and day 3 still final dosage is pending on day 7...one of my family doctor said to take 4th dose on day 28 do I need to go ahead and take extra dose of vaccine or is it fine with three doses as per the schedule.. can we go and change the vaccination brand now since Thrabis is only a three dose vaccine..pls confirm

I am on thyroxine sodium tablets (thyronorm 50 mg) I would like to take supplements for omega 3. What is the daily recommended dose? Also, please suggest me a good brand..or how to choose one. There are plenty in the market! Thank you
