Flu

When I eat breakfast or lunch after that I feel my head is heavy and falling filling at that heart beat is close to 100.I also chcked bp it is around 124/70 at that time. After few times it come down to normal then there is heavy head but not that much. It also interrupt my day to day activities. I also done all blood test lft kft ecg cholestrol diabetes all are normal. My weight is normal and exercising daily. So I want to know why I feeling like this what is the reason?

This is my ecg report, I got a panic attack an I have done this is it concerning? Also in January my escitalopram dose was tapered from 20mg to 10mg

I got up at 3 am for washroom and felt dizzy just after 2-3 seconds couldn't sleep after that. Every time i measure bp is comes 122/80, 135/90 something. What could be the reasons. I also had ecg 2-3 days back. It was normal.

I am suffering from mouth streching and my stomach doesn't feel well  is this bcz of raw rice eating

Dear doctors ,I do t know how to describe this , i feel dizzy , feel like fainting but not fainting , so much gas comes up from food pipe ,feel like something is stuck in my throat , when i get dizzy i feel very anxious thinking that now i'll collapse an die , I have done my brain CT scan 2 years ago an it's normal , i have done echo an it's normal , but i have no idea why i feel dizzy ,, i do have anxiety issues ,My BP when i check at clini its 130/80,120/80,100/70,117/80 once it showed 140/80

My partner is 29yrs old. Her TSH value is 6.95. So is Thyronorm 12.5mcg  is enough or Thyronorm 25mcg  is needed??

This morning, i took rantac 300 tablet. That mentioned expiry date of February 24. I want to know that today is the 29th of feb, is it effective or harmful.

I suddenly woke up at night with fast heart rate and nervousness ( but no sweat)and then felt to urge to defecate and after that when I checked my bp it was 140/95 and pulse 104, after 10 min bp was 124/90 and pulse was 85, spo2 99% and 7 days ago I just did an ECG which was normal, I can walk 30-40 without any issue, and since January my escitalopram dose was tapered from 20mg to 10mg, should I need to be worried?

My bp is 123/72 and I am feeling head heavy and dizziness is it due to bp? Feels like headache sometimes.
