Three days ago, a dog licked my face, so yesterday, I went to the government hospital and got the rabies vaccine there. But on that same day(3 days ago), a sewing needle pricked my hand at home while I was sealing clothes, and a little blood came out, just a tiny bit. So, when I was getting the rabies vaccine yesterday, they asked if I had a tetanus shot. I told them I had one a month ago in January. They didn't give me the tetanus shot then, but now I'm worried. Should I get the tetanus shot too because of that cut? My second rabies shot is scheduled for February 29th. Will it be okay to get the tetanus shot in between?

I am always been a social drinker,but during last few days whenever I consume alcohol,my heartbeat increases,my eyes turns red and face also turns slightly red,and I smell slightly bad from mouth.And also I get headache afterwards. And currently I am having a disturbed sleep cycle which makes me worried.can you provide any solution?

I am currently getting injections before my scheduled embryo transfer. Kindly advise me how can I reduce the muscular pain I am experiencing at the injection site. Ice pack is giving me temporary relief. Can I apply hot packs or hot water bags??

I am having fever from last one month and had many medicine. But it's still same. Almost 3 times a day I am getting fever with 102. So many tests done. All of them are negetive. Now I have admitted in hospital from last 7 days still no improvement. Doctor said my blood culture report are showing that I have typhoid and last 5 days they have started antibiotics for that as well as for malaria. Please advise me what to do. My tsh was 9 before 90 days,then continue thyrox 12.5 but now tsh is 10.17, what should i do? today morning my BP was 109/66 and pulse rate 82, hemoglobin is 12.4, vitamin d3 is 34.5, vitamin b12 is 495, last year April 2013 i started thyrox 25 because my tsh was 5.7, continued for 14 days then discontinued because faster palpitation, in 25th may 2023 my tsh was 4.5, may 23 to sep 23 i had migrane problem,in july 23 to sep 23 i had anxiety problem because my mother died in hospital under treatment with ckd, cad, hypothyroid, hypertension, my physical fitness was very weak, i was unable to bicycling and walking just 1 km because my palpitation was faster than normal, in 7th sep 23 medicine specialist prescribed me escitalopram for anxiety, in just a single dose of that medicine used then started side effects like my palms feeling hot like near fire, faster palpitation, sweating from palms only and shaking of hands, and discontinued that medicine, above mentioned medicine are taking .
