For the past 2 months I have itchy skin and hives with scratch. Yesterday I visited dermotaligist he prescribed Allegra 180 mg Morning. Altrax 10 mg and betamine forte night time. Yesterday night I taken altrax 10mg and betamine forte. I got severe inflammation and itching on left feet and left hand fingers and right hand thumb finger. I am attaching the pictures. Please help me. Previously I have similar inflammation in same area with citrizen after withdrawn citrizen it was reduced. Now which medicine i have to withdrawn altrax of betamine forte.

Can vitamin B12 and D3 deficiency cause giddiness while brisk walking??? I feel lightheaded while walking for the last 2 days. I have just started walking for half an hour daily. My vitamin B12 level was 230 and vitamin D3 was 28 in October when I did blood tests.
