My dad is 65 years, he is having swelling in Arms. He is diabetic what could be the reason for swelling?

I have been having cough and cold for more then a month now.. I had yellow mucus for some time but now it's only during morning I feel it.. I feel better sometime but then it comes back .. also have sinus kind of pain

How soon would rabies virus die outside in open air? I was purchasing vegetables yesterday and 2-3 monkeys came there near us as I found out the vegetable vendor used to offer them vegetables. They were eating besides me and when wind blew I felt some drops on my hands and face. I don't know if it was saliva or water from tree leaves. I didn't come home till like half an hour to 45 mins as I was riding scooter till then and I had discarded the vegetables I purchased before riding the scooter. Would the air have dried the saliva up even though weather got a bit cloudy? Would the saliva have dried up by then on my scooter and on my person? My hands felt dried up. I am scared as in these situations as much as we avoid, we end up touching metal and other surfaces that family members touched a few minutes after me. Are they are any risk? I will get 2 boosters if required as in direct contact (last of 2 boosters was taken by me on  04/01/2024).

I recently did my routine tests and Vitamin D is 3 .Rest all is fine. I am a vegetarian.Please suggest what all to eat to raise the Vit D levels in body Thanks in advance

B12 - 132pg/mL, VitD-26.8ng/mL, Hemaeglobin- 12.08gm/dl extreme fatigue, unable to do physical work for more than 10-15mins, unable to lead an active and normal life, after walking 700-800m on the road I feel like everything goes dark or I'm completely exhausted, Dry mouth. No other symptom at present. I have IBS and Anxiety disorder, taking Amitriptyline10 and Rifagut400. No stomach problems right now. took B12 shots in June 2023 when I complained of the same aforementioned symptoms, after that I was okay for around 5months. But the same symptoms reappeared 2-3 months ago.

My mouth seems constantly thirsty even after drinking i drink daily 2-3 litres of water Am i dehydrated?
