I have continuous Headache 24*7, Whenever I go to pee and loo I feel like I lost all my energy, I'm not able to do anything it feels like I have no energy and continuous Headache, I'm not able to eat food it's always like I'll vomit it, I'm eating very less food because of this continuous Headache(Chakar 24*7) since 15 days this problem has occurred and increassed, Total energy lost, Please refer a cure for this issue.
