Cough more than two weeks only cough at evening and nights ..doc checked and said lungs are clear ..prescribed antibiotics this is second day ..but still he is coughing.cough starts at evening only ..no other sysmtomps

I am a 26 year old female with a history of acid reflux and excessive gas due to grade 1 fatty liver and gallbladder removal. For the past 2-3 days I am having trouble with digestion and am burping constantly. I am bloated and have constant acid reflux. But the major issue is that along with these symptoms I have a high systolic blood pressure of 133/35 and normal range of DIA. I feel pressure in my head and back of the head and from the base to the neck. I feel dizzy and cold alongside these other symptoms.

I was diagnosed with vitamin b12 and d deficiency and I am taking regenuron inj, evion and drise capsules. Its been 3 weeks but my symptoms of body tremors and inability to focus are still there. While I am out, I always feel dizzy when I try to focus on moving objects eg. traffic. I wonder if this is going to take long for symptoms to go away. I also have fatty liver stage 1.

I recently got done with a health check up and my lipid profile has some high values, Also Tsh is high with t3 t4 normal. Can hypothyroidism cause elevated levels of cholesterol? Attaching images too

I came to know that vitamin B12 deficiency can cause mouth ulcers and boils in private areas. How long should we take vitamin B12 supplements. Can I take it regularly? Are there any side effects of it.

My Mom was Diabetics and Have High BP for past 10 years. She was also a Myasthenia gravis patient for past 9 years and also got one episode of Myasthenia crisis during 2016. Currently the age is 70. Sugar is well controlled within 120 always. But BP is always 150/80. She is taking amlong 5mg and sustameto extended release tablets. Whether BP is fine for her or any modifications has to be done in her BP medicines. Kindly provide some guidance.
