Flu

I am suffering from GAD. From the past month I am having ocassional breathlessness and little upper chest heaviness which comes and goes. What could be the cause. My O2 level during breathlessness is 97-98%. Further I have done 5-6 ECG's, 24 hours Holter test, 2d Echo, CXR, all types of blood tests and all came normal. I am attaching my 2d Echo and recently done ECG report. What to do further.

There is a little swelling in my hand near the elbow since last month .lymph node please tel me about this

Hello doctor , When I went to use public restroom I saw some random blood strains on the toilet seat so I had to clean it first , For to do that I sprayed an alcohol sanitizer on it when I sprayed on the toilet seat  some of the spray droplets went into my nose and I inhaled ... Is it possible for droplets bounce back of the toilet seat which with blood and give me hepatitis b or hiv ... Am I safe ?

Its been 2 days since am having severe body ache and fever along with cough and cold and having weakness.

I never took Albendozole. Was suggested to take deworming medicine. Wanted to check how exactly to use Albendozole 400mg tablet. Is it one tablet and we r done with deworming? Please suggest

I have suffering cold and cough too often. My cold and cough starts with throat soreness and then cold and cough started and coughing last more than 2 - 3 weeks. I continuously cough and my throat becomes congested. Same symptoms repeated every time which is happening too often. Please suggest me what to do to increase my immunity to get rid of this type of situation too often.
