Hi, I am having pain at the side of tip of Right thumb. It happens only when I press it at a specific location. It's happening only when that specific area is pressed, What can be the reason of this?

I ate food from a road side dhaba where food was kept without lid and few dogs were roaming in the vicinity. Can rabies spread if by chance a dog would have licked the food? The food was warm when I ate it.

I having some sort of pain in right eyebrow and pain around the right eye. This kind of pain never happened to me previously, this is the first time it has happened to me.
